is a seasoned HR professional and intercultural trainer with over twenty years of experience in organizational and personnel psychology. A Dutch native with South American roots, she blends pragmatic insight with vibrant global perspectives. Her international journey includes living and working in Nigeria and Singapore, enriching her understanding of diverse cultural dynamics.
Marjoleine is a double-certified trainer (Cambridge University) and a qualified assessor for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She holds certifications in Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) Assessment and MBTI, alongside training from Oregon’s Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication.
