The tool that provides insight!

An important part of the training is the Mazzi-Inc. Cultural Profiler. This online tool gives you immediate insight into your personal (and organisational) culture. It includes communication and work style preferences as well as culturally influenced tendencies. During the training, this tool provides you with a practical guide to recognising and bridging cultural differences, ultimately facilitating more effective collaboration and successful international business.  

The Mazzi-Inc. Cultural Profiler is a unique online tool that maps your cultural profile based on ten dimensions. It provides you with an insight into:

  • Your own cultural profile: discover your communication and collaboration style and other culturally determined preferences.

  • A comparison with other cultures: using our online tools, you can compare your own cultural profile with the profile of dozens of countries. This helps you becoming aware of common ground and cultural gaps: the starting point of your behavioural strategy.

  • A comparison with your own team and with your organisation: you will be surprised by the similarities and differences on the ten dimension within your own team and even your entire organisation. The more participants, the more accurate the Mazzi-Inc. Cultural Profiler can map them.

The Mazzi-Inc. Cultural Profiler comes in three variants:

  • Basic  In addition to the online display, we generate a PDF report with a graphical representation of your cultural profile, including an explanation of the ten dimensions. This option is only available as part of a training program.

  • Customised  Includes everything in the Basic option, plus an explanation of your position on the ten dimensions, along with associated strengths and pitfalls. This version also comes with practical tips to guide you.

  • Development Plan Includes everything in the Customised option, with an added personalised development plan. Together with one of our consultants, you complete and refine this plan based on the analysis of your cultural profile.
