Trainer in intercultural & diversity competence and  facilitator, Magda brings nearly two decades of experience in multinational business environments to her work, both in global and local commercial roles. Having lived and worked for over a decade in the Netherlands, she draws on her Polish roots and international perspective to foster understanding and collaboration among diverse teams.

Partnering with Mazzi Inc., she has delivered impactful workshops that align with our mission to create inclusive cultures and develop intercultural competence. Magda is inspired by the transformative “aha” moments of learners as they embrace new perspectives.

Outside of work, she recharges in nature, hiking with her rescue dog or practicing yoga.
