Natasha 

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Natasha has called the Netherlands home for the past eight years. Experiencing both South African and Dutch cultures and working environments has shaped the way she approaches people, communication and collaboration.

With a background in accounting, business development and training, Natasha combines analytical thinking with a strong passion for working with people. She enjoys creating an environment where people feel comfortable having challenging conversations, exploring different perspectives and finding practical ways forward.

Having experienced the Dutch working environment herself, Natasha is particularly passionate about bringing cultures together. She believes that differences in communication, expectations and ways of working can become a strength when they are understood and embraced.

As a trainer, Natasha focuses on making learning practical and relevant to real-life situations. Curiosity, connection and helping people navigate change are at the heart of her approach.
