Her training are based on over 40 years of experience in the Eastern and Western market.

Born in Nepal, brought up in India in an international environment. Travelled intensively & now living in The Netherlands for over 30 years. 

Her training approach is rooted in practical, experience-based learning, utilizing interactive methods such as business cases, games, and role-playing exercises to engage participants and facilitate deeper understanding. All training programs are tailor-made to address the specific needs and challenges of the client organization or individual, ensuring relevance and maximum impact.
