Feykje

Feykje is an intercultural communication trainer with over eight years of experience in professional education. She helps individuals and international teams build the confidence and skills to present, train, and communicate with impact, especially when the language or cultural context is not fully their own.

In her work as a trainer and consultant, Feykje focuses on making intercultural dynamics practical and actionable. Her sessions are grounded in real-life situations, enabling participants to immediately apply new insights to their daily interactions. She combines structured frameworks with interactive exercises to create an engaging and results-driven learning experience.

Feykje has also contributed to the development of Mazzi-Inc’s programmes in cultural awareness, intercultural collaboration, and intercultural leadership, strengthening the organisation’s offering in this domain.

Originally from the Netherlands, where she completed her education and started her career, Feykje now lives and works in Barcelona, Spain. This international experience allows her to draw on her own perspective of adapting to a different cultural and professional context. For Mazzi-Inc, she delivers trainings such as Cultural Awareness, Intercultural Collaboration, and programmes focused on working effectively with Dutch and Spanish cultures.
