Fanny

Fanny grew up in Ypres, Belgium, studied Sinology, and studied, lived and worked as an expat in China for many years before settling permanently in the Netherlands. Being the newcomer herself, having to learn to read a different language and culture, that still shapes how she works today. 

For 15 years, Fanny has been guiding professionals and teams at large international organisations, with a strong focus on onboarding and intercultural collaboration. She is a certified leadership trainer and certified intercultural trainer, and added her ICF coaching certification to that list in 2026. 

What drives Fanny is the belief that people can only truly collaborate when they understand each other and feel safe with one another, without feeling excluded. Drawing on her multilingual background (Dutch, English, French, Mandarin), she helps people and teams build bridges across cultural differences.
